How to create a sign for your restaurant
The most common signs in a restaurant, with the same design as your menu, daily menu and table cards.
Pick the type: opening hours, reserved table, closed for holidays, offer or notice. Sample texts fill in automatically.
Change the title, highlighted text and lines (one per line; “Monday | 1–4 pm” shows in two columns) and add a QR if you like.
Pick a style and size (A4, A5, A6, Letter, portrait or landscape, square or story) and download as PDF or PNG.
More use cases
- Hours on the door: days and times in two columns, easy to read from the street.
- Reserved table: A6 or A5 landscape to leave on the table with the name or time.
- Holidays and closures: announce the dates and the day you reopen.
- Offers and promotions: “2 for 1”, happy hour or the dish of the week in very large print.
- Customer notices: “Bookings only”, “Card payment”, “Please wait to be seated”.
- With a QR: the hours sign can link to your map, bookings or website.
