Your Excel template

In the QR column you can put a link, text or a code: each row gets its own.

Prepare the template: choose what you are labelling and the columns, then download it. Fill it in (one row per sticker) and upload it here.

Selected sheet

Click an element to edit it. Drag it to move it, use the corners to resize it and the arrow keys to nudge it. Delete removes it.

Sticker sheet

Sheet not listed? Enter its measurements

Measure on the sheet: the sticker, how many there are in each row and column, the distance from the paper edge to the first one and the gap between them.

Selected element

Click an element on the sticker to change it, or add a new one.

Excel fields

Each column is a field. Change its name or the value on the sticker you are viewing, and use “+” to add it to the design. In texts, write the field in braces: {Product}.

You can also drag a field from ⠿ onto the sticker.

You can also use [n] (sticker number) and [total] (number of stickers).

Printing and download

To use a sheet you have already started: they are counted left to right, top to bottom.

If your printer prints slightly off, correct it here (negative values for the other way).

Print it on plain paper and hold it over the sticker sheet against the light: the outlines should match.

The design is saved as a file on your device (with its images) so you can reuse it with another Excel sheet.

How to create stickers from Excel

This tool turns each row of a spreadsheet into a sticker ready to print on an adhesive label sheet, with its text and, if you want, its own QR code.

  1. Prepare the data. Choose what you are labelling, adjust the columns and download the Excel template. Fill in one row per sticker; in the QR column, what each code should hold.

  2. Choose the sheet and the design. Find your label sheet by reference, brand or size (or enter its measurements) and place texts, images and the QR code on the sticker.

  3. Print. Download the test sheet to check that everything lines up, then the PDF with all the stickers. Print it at 100% (actual size), without “Fit to page”.

What it is for

Products and shops

Labels with name, price and a QR code that opens each product page, or stickers for homemade jars and preserves with their date.

Inventory and shipping

Identify equipment, boxes or shelves with a code and its QR, or print your shipping addresses on standard label sheets.

School and home

Name stickers for books and school supplies, for gifts or to organise boxes and cupboards, also round or oval ones.
