Creates a short silent video with the draw animation, the result and the details needed to check it: ID, date and time, SHA-256 fingerprint of the list and random method. It is made in your browser and is not uploaded anywhere. The animation is only visual: the result had already been decided.
Draw certificate
The certificate is created by your browser and records the date, the settings and the result. With the list of participants as TXT, anyone can check the SHA-256 fingerprint. It is not a notarial record, has no legal validity on its own, and doesn't prevent someone from repeating the draw.
How to do a free Secret Santa online
The draw runs in your browser, with no accounts or sign-ups. Nobody draws themselves and not even you as the organiser will see the pairs: everyone finds out by email.
Add the participants with their name and email: type them into the table, paste a list or load a TXT, CSV or Excel file.
Set the rules: who can't give to whom, avoiding mutual pairs, the gift exchange day and the gift budget.
Press Run the draw and then Email the result: each participant finds out who they are buying for.

When you press «Email the result», each participant with an email address gets a message from support@japaltools.com with the person they are buying for and, if you set them, the exchange day and the budget. If the daily sending limit is reached, the page will tell you.
Yes. In each participant's «Can't give to» column, type the names or emails they must not draw. You can also tick «Avoid mutual pairs» so that two people don't give to each other.
Yes, it always works that way: only the participants appear on screen, in the certificate and in the organiser's email. Each person finds out who they are buying for in their own email. Only for people without an email can you see who they give to, so you can tell them.
