Frequently asked questions
No. The preview uses a smaller copy to stay fast, but when you download, the adjustments are applied to the full image and it keeps its width and height. Saving as JPG or WebP recompresses it at high quality; PNG loses nothing further. If the original is an animated GIF, only the first frame is kept.
Brightness lightens or darkens everything equally; exposure does it as if the photo had more or less light; contrast separates lights and darks; gamma lightens or darkens mainly the midtones; saturation makes colours more or less vivid; temperature gives a warmer (orange) or cooler (bluish) tone; sharpness enhances edges with an unsharp mask, and vignette darkens the corners. Double-click a slider to reset it.
