1What should the QR code open?

If you leave out “https://”, it is added automatically.

The last button uploads your own image (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP). With a logo, error correction switches to “Maximum” so the code can still be read.

More correction lets the code be read even if it is slightly damaged or carries a logo, but makes it denser. “Automatic” uses Medium without a logo and Maximum with a logo.

How to create your QR codes

A QR code stores a short text (a link, your Wi-Fi details, a contact card…) that a phone reads with its camera. Here you can create one or thousands at once, give them your style and check that they can be read before printing them.

  1. Choose One QR and the type (link, text, Wi-Fi, email, phone, SMS, contact or location), or Many at once and paste a list or load a CSV, TXT or Excel file.

  2. Adjust the design: colours, gradient, shape of the dots and corners, an icon or your logo in the centre and a text below. The preview tells you whether the code can be read.

  3. Download as PNG, SVG or an A4 PDF ready to print labels. With many QR codes, you get a ZIP with one file per code.

What it is used for

Labels and inventory

Load the list of products or equipment with their link and name, and get an A4 sheet with all the QR codes and their text below, ready to print and cut out.

Wi-Fi for your guests

A QR code with the network name and password lets people connect without typing anything. If you have several networks, create them all at once from a table.

Cards, posters and menus

Put your website, your contact details or your location in a code with your colours and logo, and download it as SVG to print it at any size without losing sharpness.

Frequently asked questions

No. The codes, the readability check and the downloads are created in your own browser. What you type, your lists and your logo are not sent to JapalTools or anyone else.

They don't expire: the content is inside the code itself and does not depend on any server, so it works as long as what it contains exists (your website, for example). For the same reason there are no scan statistics and the destination cannot be changed later: to change it, create a new code.

Each code is read again with a QR reader in your browser and compared with what you entered; those that can't be read are flagged. Even so, test it with your phone before printing many: low contrast, a large logo or inverted colours (a light code on a dark background) make reading harder for some cameras.

One row per code. A single column with the content (link or text) is enough; if you add a column with the file name and another with the text that goes below, you can choose them. For Wi-Fi networks or contacts, download the sample template. Comma, semicolon or tab separators work, and so does an Excel file (.xlsx).

No. The document is processed in your own browser and is not sent to JapalTools or anyone else. When you close the page, no copy remains outside your device.
