Create invitations
Choose from 500 templates for birthdays, weddings, christenings, communions, parties and many more, or a blank one with your own background image. Change the texts, colours, fonts, decorations and size, add your guests so each one gets their name, download the PDF and email them the invitation.

The first row holds the column names (Guest, Email…) and each following row is a guest. Each one gets an invitation with their name.
Choose the type of invitation
Choose a category and click a template to start (there are 50 in each). You can then change everything: texts, colours, fonts, decorations, background and size.
Click an element to edit it. Drag it to move it, use the corners to resize it and the arrow keys to nudge it. Delete removes it.
Invitations ready!
Would you like each guest to get theirs by email? It is the last step.
Email the invitations
Each guest gets an email from support@japaltools.com with their invitation inside the message. Your name appears as the sender and replies come to you.
You can use fields in braces, such as {Guest}, in the subject and the message.
Email sending is not available at this address right now. You can download the invitations and send them yourself.
Sending receipt

Unzip the file and open each .eml file: Outlook opens it as a new email with the ticket attached, ready for you to press Send. In Thunderbird use “Edit as New Message” and in Apple Mail “Send Again”. Gmail and Outlook on the web can’t open these files. The list file shows who each email goes to.
How to create and send invitations
Each template comes with texts, fonts, colours and decorations designed for one kind of celebration. You edit everything on the invitation itself, and the layout adapts to the size you choose. If you add a guest list, one invitation is made per person with their name.
Pick a template from 500, sorted by category (birthdays, weddings, christenings, communions, parties…), or a blank one to use your own background image, and the size: A5, A6, postcard, square or for phones.
Customise it: click any text, decoration or shape to change, move or delete it, and add your photos, more decorations or a QR code.
Add your guests one by one, by pasting a list or with an Excel sheet, download the PDF to print and, if you entered their email addresses, send them in the last step. At the end you will see a receipt with the ones that were sent.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Every text, decoration, shape and line is an element you can move, rotate, resize, recolour or delete. You can change the background (colour, gradient or your own photo), the fonts, the template colours and the size, add your own images, more decorations or a QR code, and use a back side for the schedule or details.
A5 and A6 (portrait or landscape), 10 × 15 cm postcard, 5 × 7 inches, square, long DL and a portrait format for sending to phones, or any size you type in millimetres. For printing you can put one invitation per page or several per A4, A3 or Letter sheet with crop marks.
In the “Guests” step, type each person in their own row with their name and, if you will email it, their address; you can also paste a list (one person per line, for example “Sample Name 1; name1@example.com”) or upload an Excel or CSV file. The templates already include a text with the {Guest} field, which is replaced by each person’s name; you can move it, change its font or add the field to any other text. Without a list, a single invitation is made.
When the invitations are ready, go to the last step, enter your name, your email address, the subject and the message and click “Send the invitations”. Each guest gets an email from support@japaltools.com with their invitation as an image inside the message; your name appears as the sender and, if they reply, the reply goes to you. At the end you will see a receipt, which you can download as PDF or CSV, with the invitations that were sent and those that were not; if any did not go out, for example because the daily sending limit was reached, you can send the missing ones after 24 hours. At most 50 invitations are sent at a time. JapalTools does not keep the invitations or the addresses.
Yes. “Save design” downloads a file with the invitation and its images, and “Open design” loads it back. Everything happens in your browser: the design, the photos and the guest list are not uploaded to any server (only the emails you choose to send go through JapalTools on their way to the sending service).
No. The document is processed in your own browser and is not sent to JapalTools or anyone else. When you close the page, no copy remains outside your device.
