Create business cards from Excel

Upload an Excel sheet with one row per person and design the card once: each one carries its name, job title, phone, email and website, plus a QR code that saves the contact to a phone. Download them all in a print-ready PDF.

Excel fields

Each column is a field. Change its name or the value on the card you are viewing, and use “+” to add it to the design. In texts, write the field in braces: {Name}.

You can also drag a field from ⠿ onto the card.

You can also use [n] (card number) and [total] (number of cards).

How to create business cards from Excel

The tool reads the first sheet of your Excel file (or the CSV), uses the first row as field names and creates one card per row. The design is the same for the whole team and each card carries its own data.

  1. Upload your Excel file with one row per person (name, job title, phone, email, website…) or download the template and fill it in.

  2. Design the card: size, background, logo and texts with fields such as {Name}. The QR code stores each person’s full contact (vCard).

  3. Choose one or two sides and download the PDF: several cards per sheet with crop marks, or one per page for a print shop.

Freelancers and shops

Your card with a logo and a QR code that saves your contact on the customer’s phone.

Events and networking
