Frequently asked questions
It is very close for text documents, lists and tables, but not identical. The text uses standard typefaces (Helvetica, Times or Courier) instead of your document’s, and headers and footers, notes, text boxes, shapes, equations and floating images are not reproduced (floating images are placed inline). If you need total fidelity, use “Save as PDF” in Word.
No, only the current .docx format. If you have a .doc, open it in Word or another word processor and save it as .docx before converting it.
No. The document is processed in your own browser and is not sent to JapalTools or anyone else. When you close the page, no copy remains outside your device.
