How to create the table QR codes
Customers scan the code with their phone and see the menu without touching paper. The table number tells staff where each order is.
Enter the address of your online menu (your website or your ordering system).
Choose the tables (from and to), the size and the style. You can add your logo.
Download the PDF with crop marks or the PNGs, print at 100 % and test one code before sticking it.

Frequently asked questions
No. The QR code only contains the address you type: your menu must be on your website, a published PDF or your ordering system. If you change the menu but not the address, the codes keep working.
Some ordering systems read the table from the address (for example …?table=7) so they know where to take the order. If your menu is a normal page you do not need it: leave the box unticked and all codes will be the same except for the printed number.
The PDF lays the codes out on A4 sheets with crop marks. Print at 100 % (no “Fit to page”) on sticker paper or card and cut them out. To make them last, laminate them or use vinyl.
No. The document is processed in your own browser and is not sent to JapalTools or anyone else. When you close the page, no copy remains outside your device.
