Email the menu to your customers
JapalTools does not send emails: it prepares the menu and the list so you send it from your own email, with blind copy (BCC) so nobody sees the other addresses. Only send it to customers who asked to receive it.
Email providers limit the recipients per message: split the list into groups and send one email per group.
Open it with desktop Outlook, Thunderbird or Apple Mail, check it and press Send (with several groups you get a ZIP with one draft per group). In Gmail or Outlook on the web: paste the copied menu and each group’s addresses into BCC.

How to create the restaurant menu
The menu flows into pages and columns by itself, never splitting a dish. Save it to a file to change prices or dishes another day without starting over.

Frequently asked questions
No. The emails go out from your own address, so they arrive with your name and replies come to you. JapalTools only prepares the menu to paste, the address groups for BCC and an .eml draft with the PDF attached. Neither the list nor the menu is sent to any server.
So no customer sees the others’ addresses: putting them in “To” or “CC” reveals them to everyone. Also, only send the menu to people who asked for it and make it easy to unsubscribe.
Yes: click “Save the menu” to download a .json file with everything. Another day, open it with “Open a saved menu”, change what you want and download the PDF again.
No. The document is processed in your own browser and is not sent to JapalTools or anyone else. When you close the page, no copy remains outside your device.
