Specimen Prop Document Specifications
1:1 Scale Calibration & ID-1 / ID-3 Formats
Documents are rendered at 300 DPI following ISO/IEC 7810 standard dimensions: ID-1 (85.60 × 53.98 mm) for identity cards and licenses, and ID-3 (125 × 88 mm) for passports with biometric data page.
MRZ Lines according to ICAO Doc 9303
Machine Readable Zones (MRZ) on back sides and biometric pages are calculated using the official ICAO 7-3-1 weighting algorithm, allowing test OCR barcode readers to verify checksums without syntax errors.
Duplex Fold for Props
When exporting the print-ready A4 PDF, the front and back are positioned joined along the center axis next to a 5 cm verification ruler. Simply cut along the outer crop marks, fold in the center, and laminate.
